Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Operations & Facilities Management: Oversee MEP, HVAC, elevators, infrastructure; ensure uptime; preventive maintenance; CAFM systems, SOPs, SLAs.
• Resident Experience: Deliver 5-star hospitality living experience, manage concierge, complaint resolution, tenant satisfaction (NPS focus).
• Team Management: Lead concierge, housekeeping, security, MEP teams; implement SOPs, KPIs, training, and service standards.
• Financial & Asset Management: Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, optimize service charges, monitor revenue streams, support asset value.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure HSE compliance, risk management, audits, certifications, and regulatory adherence.
Requirements:
• Experience: 10-15+ years
