Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) | Chat Support Specialists & Cold Callers. The role involves engaging with customers through chat and outbound calls, addressing service inquiries, providing real-time support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include handling customer complaints, guiding clients through processes, and maintaining accurate records of interactions to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and managing Customer Satisfaction
• Capability to enhance Customer Experience and ensure high levels of client engagement
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations while maintaining composure
• Familiarity with chat support and cold calling practices is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant tools or software for managing customer interactions
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
